Refund Policy — M3I Solutions

Short version: All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for purchases, subscriptions, registrations, or fees paid through our website m3i.in.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases and payments made on or through the M3I website, including one-time purchases, subscriptions, training fees, or digital/virtual products and services.

2. No Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by M3I, all payments made to M3I are non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept that M3I has a strict no-refund policy.

3. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution

  • Where local consumer protection laws mandate a refund (e.g., certain statutory cooling-off rights), M3I will comply with those laws.
  • If you believe you have been charged in error, or there is a technical issue with your purchase, contact us promptly at info@m3i.in. We will investigate and respond in good faith.

4. Cancellations

Subscription cancellations stop future recurring charges but do not entitle you to a refund for fees already charged.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or reversal with your bank or card issuer without first notifying us, M3I reserves the right to contest the chargeback and to suspend or terminate access to services until the dispute is resolved.
